HOW DOES IT WORK?

– Buy the portrait choosing your favourite size.
– Send me a message to info@lisaciccone.com with the pictures to redraw. People don’t have to be in the same pictures, but I need to see clearly faces, eyes and hair colors. Please let me know if you want to add text or other details like outfit or accessories!
– In a few days you’ll receive a colored sketch, once approved I’ll start the final painting illustration. After approval I can’t accept any changes on the drawing!
– Definitive portrait is finished and ready to be shipped, it’s easy isn’t it!? This step should take 5-10 business days depending on the amount of work that I have. I suggest you to choose a tracked shipping, fast and safe.

FAQ:

– How long does it take for the creation?
It takes from 5 to 15 days, depending on the period. To be sure, always contact me in advance and if you need to receive your portrait by a specific date write me before buying it.

– Will I receive the original or a copy? How will it be shipped?
You will receive the original in a rigid and padded envelope. I suggest you to choose a tracked shipping, fast and safe. In a few days it will be at your home!

– What will you do with the photos once the work is finished?
As soon as I finish it, I delete the photos from my database. I am very respectful of my customers’ privacy!

– Should the subjects of the portrait be in the same photo or can they be different photos?
It is not important that the people to be portrayed are together, but I must be able to see their faces, the colors of their eyes and hair. They can be individual photos, then I rework the setting.
