In how many days will my order be shipped?
Apart from products that require the brush (portraits and photo albums with portrait) and have longer processing times, everything else is usually shipped in 1-3 working days. Consult the product sheet, the processing and shipping time is always specified.
What are the shipping methods?
Available shipping methods and related costs are shown in the shopping cart after indicating the recipient’s address. Shipping costs depend on the country of destination and on number and weight of products in the cart.
Shipping in Italy
Throughout Italy, depending on the number and weight of the items in the cart, the following types of shipping are available:
- Economy (3-7 working days): by Poste Italiane, light items only. Untracked shipping, for which I am not responsible for any loss.
- Tracked (3-5 working days): by Poste Italiane / Crono SDA. You will receive a tracking code.
- Express (24-48 hours): by Corriere Bartolini BRT. You will receive a tracking code.
Shipping in Italy is free for orders starting from € 85.
It is possible to personally collect the products purchased at my studio in Barisciano (AQ); in this case I will also offer you coffee! Select “Free studio collection” as the shipping method.
International shipping
Depending on the country of destination and on number and weight of products in the cart, for International shipping you can choose between:
- Economy: by Poste Italiane, light items only. This is an untracked shipping, I’m not responsible in the event of loss.
- International Tracked: by Poste Italiane / BRT. You will receive a tracking code.
What are the payment methods?
The available payment methods are the following:
- PayPal
- Stripe (Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
- Satispay
- Advance bank transfer
In case of bank transfer payment, the purchase order will be processed only upon receipt of payment. In the absence of receipt of payment after 7 days from the date of the order, Lisa Ciccone Illustratrice reserves the right to cancel the order. In the event that, for any reason, the debiting of the amounts due by the customer proves impossible, the purchase process will be automatically canceled and the purchase deleted.
