HOW DOES IT WORK?

Buy the portrait choosing size and number of people.
Send me a message to info@lisaciccone.com with the pictures to redraw. People or pets don’t have to be in the same pictures, but I need to see clearly faces, eyes and hair colors. Please let me know if you want to add text or other details like outfit or accessories!
In a few days you’ll receive a colored sketch, once approved I’ll start the final painting illustration. After approval I can’t accept any changes on the drawing!
Definitive portrait is finished and I’ll send you ONLY a high quality FILE copy via mail! No shipping included in this listing!

Abbiamo chiesto a Lisa di farci un nuovo ritratto di famiglia, vista la nascita del pupo e l’adozione di una gattona combina guai. How long does it take to complete?
The production times range from 7 to 10 days, depending on the period. To be safe, always contact me in advance, and if you need to receive your portrait by a specific date, write to me before purchasing it.
Will I receive the original or a copy?
You will receive a high-resolution scan of the portrait, which you can print however and wherever you prefer.
What will you do with the photos once the work is finished?
As soon as the work is finished, I delete the photos from my database. I am very respectful of my clients' privacy!
Do the subjects of the portrait have to be in the same photo or can they be different photos?re foto diverse?
They can be single photos, then I will rework the setting.

Colors may differ slightly from reality, this depends on your monitor settings.
